Now that you have your floorplan of your restaurant, it is time to fill it with tables, chairs and decorations! As you shop for your furniture, check to make sure it fits and allows walking room between the tables and chairs. You want to make sure you can fit a lot of customers into your restaurant, but you still need to maintained a comfortable atmosphere. The decorations you buy should enhance the theme of your restaurant. For example, if you have a japanese themed restaurant you should not have a picture of the Eiffel Tower.
As you do your shopping use a table, or a Google Sheet to keep track of your spending. You will need to add GST on to all of your purchases, and keep your list organized according to what store you bought each from. In the end you will need to have a grand total of how much you pay before taxes, how much you pay for taxes, and how much you pay altogether.
